The program is free of charge for eligible participants thanks to funding from NWDC, government agencies, private sector partners, and international organizations. However, some advanced certifications or specialized courses may have minimal fees to cover materials or external accreditation costs. Scholarships and financial aid are available for those who qualify.

The program is designed to be flexible and accessible, offering both in-person and online learning options :

  1. In-Person Training : Available at designated NWDC training centers and through mobile training units that reach remote areas.
  2. Online Learning : Accessible via a dedicated e-learning platform, allowing participants to learn at their own pace from anywhere with an internet connection.
  3. Hybrid models are also available for certain courses, combining online modules with hands-on workshops.

 

The program offers a wide range of training opportunities, including:

  1. Technical Skills : Coding, data analysis, digital marketing, graphic design, AI tools, and more.
  2. Vocational Training : Carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, fashion design, and culinary arts.
  3. Entrepreneurship : Business planning, startup incubation, financial literacy, and access to microloans.
  4. Soft Skills : Communication, leadership, problem-solving, and time management.
  5. Green Skills : Renewable energy, waste management, sustainable agriculture, and eco-friendly practices.
    Participants can choose courses based on their interests and career goals.
